    As far as i understand it gift cards are used like debit or credit cards until you reached your limit.
    You hand it to the cashier and they just swipe it at the register like any other card. heartprint

    i live in L.A and target doesn’t sale any visa gift cards but if they do were you live they should the money still goes to them. MCA_<3

    YES U CAN COULD I GOT THE WRONG GIFT CARD FROM WALMART AND WANTED A DIFFERENT ONE AND I CAN’T EXCHANGE IT….IF SOO I CAN BUY ANOTHER GIFT CARD USING THE GIFT CARD I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED….
