Can I use my Target Gift Card to buy other gift cards?

I know some stores have a gift card stand all different stores (Chili’s, Amex, B&N, itunes). Can I use my regular old Target Gift Card to purchase any of the above mentioned cards?

You can purchase an itunes gift card, as for the others, you can not. Target doesn’t sell giftcards to anything other than itunes. qwerty777
