Can you buy apps with an iTunes gift card on your iTouch?

For easter I got a gift card for iTunes and I read the directions and it didn’t say anything about the app store, does it work with apps too? Because my mom got it for me mainly for the apps!

Yes, Go to the itunes store under Music. Scroll down after all the albums and click the button that says redeem. Enter your code and go to the app store. Yes, it works for apps. I got one too! Enjoy your apps and Happy Easter. funman15
Ya, if you have wifi, you can even use the iTunes card right on your iPod Touch, then you don’t have to mess with syncing. Dylan
Yes it does, in the app store you can find”redeem” at the bottom of a lot of the pages. thats where you enter your code. or you can enter your code thru itunes Mary H
