How can I exchange a Walmart Gift card in Pesos to one in US Dollars?

While in Mexico I got a Walmart gift card for $200 pesos. I was unable to get back to the store to use it. I am now back in the US and the local stores can’t run it through their systems. I even have the receipt from when the gift card was issued to me.
How can I get it exchanged into a US dollar gift card?
I have emailed Walmart’s customer service and have yet to get a reply…
