My mom won’t let me use her credit card for online purchases, because she is afraid of stolen being stolen, or any of those other internet buying problems.But I want to buy a Visa Giftcaard so then I can buy it myself off the internet. But I am wondering if you can order stuff off the internet with a Visa Gift Card, and if sites like eBay will except it, or say that the card is not valid.

I used an Amex gift card to order something using Paypal. I added my name and address to the card by calling Amex and Paypal hasnt said anything about me being rejected for the payment, but I need 4-digits in order to pay for my order. It’s supposed to be on my card statement. How do I check it?

I know some stores have a gift card stand all different stores (Chili’s, Amex, B&N, itunes). Can I use my regular old Target Gift Card to purchase any of the above mentioned cards?
