You could try asking them if there are any possibilities and if you use Google translate then you can fill it in You can write in English no problem. You might also consider buying something online from a site which delivers to the Netherlands. I personally used this site for personalised clothing for my son when he was a baby for a personalised present for his Dad's birthday and they delivered quickly and it was a great present!
