It’s my dad’s birthday tomorrow (procrastination, I know), and I want to know how to make him a card with a place to put a gift card. 10 Points to the best answer! :)

First think of things that your Dad likes & that would enough space to place/hide the gift card.
Then measure & cut (fold & glue where required) the birthday card accordingly, with a hidden flap/pocket which would hold the gift card. Adorn/embellish & paint the card as per the design chosen.

eg. cut card in the shape of a jacket/coat. When it is opened, there’s the gift card in the “breast pocket” !

If your Dad carries a briefcase, laptop, toolbox, lunchbox,…..to work – draw & cut the greeting card in that shape [decorate accordingly]. Then, when the “lid” is opened, voila! there’s the gift card.

Cut the card in the shape of a wine bottle, tea can, coffee mug… [whatever he likes] & from Within, let the gift card pop out.

    Hope you get the idea?
No matter how you make the card, your effort & sentiments will always be appreciated by your Dad :-)
All the very best :-) meenakshi
