How do you redeem an iTunes gift card?

Okay, I know this question may sound kind of stupid but to be honest, I really don’t know how to redeem an iTunes gift card. Last time when I tried to redeem one of my gift cards, something went wrong so I couldn’t use my gift card and lost like $50. Then I emailed a person from iTunes and then they gave me a new gift card so I ended up getting my $50 back!!! So this time, it would be really nice if I didn’t go through what happened to me last time

2. Go to where it says “Quick Links”
3. Look for redeem
4.Enter PIN on the back of the card
On iPod touch or iPhone
1. Open iTunes
2. Go to Downloads
3. Touch Redeem
4. Enter PIN on the back of the card Handy T
