How to get a prepaid gift card?

My local mall sells Visa gift cards for $2 a card. I asked if their was an age limit to buy these gift cards and she said she was unsure. I’m 14 and I would like to buy a Visa Gift card for a friend but how do I go about this?

Don’t tell them your age, it shouldn’t be an issue. Just give them your cash and get the card. ?
