I have a $100 amazon gift card and I want to buy something on amazon for $148. Can i use the gift card and pay the rest with a credit card? If i can please explain how.

Do you need a credit card to redeem iTunes gift cards?

I’ve heard that you can click “None” on the payment page, but I don’t see any “none.” The system won’t let me continue without filling the credit card information in. Isn’t it illegal for Apple not to have a way to redeem gift cards without providing credit card information? I don’t have a credit card, and my parents won’t let me use their cards. Please help me; I got so many iTunes gift cards this Christmas!
I’d love it if you tell me /how/ to use the gift cards without a credit card.
