What gift should I get for our neighbors baby on his traditional Chinese 100th day celebration?

Our neighbors (she is Chinese he isn’t) are having a party for their son’s 100th day celebration. I want to get a traditional gift for the little boy. I read something about 10 red envelopes but I think that is supposed to come from the parents. What should I get him that is a traditional gift for this occasion?
