Can you use a visa gift card to verify your paypal account? I used a visa gift card for my paypal and I am waiting for them to confirm the card but it has been 5 days already and they are slow. Is there any possible solution to this?

I received a Walmart Gift Card worth $25 and there’s something I want to buy not at Walmart. Could I theoretically use the card to buy a Visa Gift Card (which can be used everywhere) since they sell those at Walmart. Has anyone tried this?
