    If you like her and think she is good with your dad – say something like that.

    If she is horrible, just that the present is from you to her on her special day.

    What to write will depend on how close you are to her, or even how well you like her. I usually go with something general, yet heartfelt, like:

    _______ & _______,

    _____, before my father met you, I thought he would never find love again. Seeing the love that you two have for one another makes me so proud to be a part of your wedding day.
    With so much going on, I hope you still take some time to enjoy today and remember its special moments.
    ______, welcome to the family.
    Congratulations!
